LeRoundup (Closed Permanently)

(6 Ratings)
A FQ classic, flaws and all
You'll find a very diverse mix of people here. Probably the most rough-around-the-edges spot, Roundup is one of the most unusual bars in New Orleans. From drag queens to transexuals to hot men, you'll find them all here. Don't be scared though, the crowd at the Roundup is friendly -- very friendly indeed.

a long time fav

I have been visiting Le Round up every since I first started going to New Orleans, probably about 20 years ago and have always felt comfortable here, in what felt like a "down home" envirnment except for once in 2008, which I was a little nervous. This years, Carolynn and Chris (I think his name was) made my visit the best it has ever been. Very friendly helpful staff. To be hightly recommended.

Dirty Little Tranny Bar.

Every time I go out in NOLA I start and ussualy end here. The drinks are cheap and the Bartender is a doll.

Friendly staff

A great spot to get away from the breeders. Don't come in with an attitude though...
