Generate INK—founded by Kate Bailey, Bridget Erin, and Rudy San Miguel—is New Orleans’ first and only non-profit created by local playwrights for the sole purpose of producing one play from each writer over the course of one year. Founded in September 2014, Generate INK is based off of New York’s successful playwriting group 13p, and has set its sights on producing three plays in New Orleans in 2015. This unprecedented collaboration hopes to showcase the talents of as many local artists are possible.
