Just thought it would be a cool change of scenery for a group of downtown folks to go hang out at Phillips Bar uptown for their Gay Happy Hour. They have a cute courtyard!
BTW, they are a little bougie so guys have to have sleeves (i.e. no tank tops... I know, I know).
