We've lost one of our greatest heros.
Princess Leia defined cool. She showed how a courageous, intelligent, beautiful intergalactic princess could handle some serious shit and look good doing it. She choked giant rapey slug gangsters, fearlessly stood up to the most evil cyborg in the galaxy (who also happened to be her dead beat dad), ran an entire rebellion, kicked ass in a metal bikini if she needed to and was a deadly shot with a blaster.

The Leijorettes are going to lead the The Intergalactic Krewe of Chewbacchus in a Tribute Parade thru the Bywater to a beautiful celebration of Carrie Fisher's life and all of our other fallen heros from 2016 at Castillo Blanco Art Studios.
Were putting together the permitting and police detail. Its gonna cost us about $1000. We are accepting donations via the Chewbacchus non-profit's paypal account to help defray the costs. If you'd like to help you can send a donation via Paypal to: sales@chewbacchus.org with the note "Princess Leia" and we'll put it towards the memorial march and celebration.
Meet at Royal and Mazant. We'll gather to toast our beloved Princess in the lot across the street from the Joint starting at 3pm.
We roll promptly at 4pm to the Den of Chewbacchus, Castillo Blanco Art Studios, for a celebration of her life and legacy.
The memorial celebration at Castillo Blanco Art Studios following the parade will feature a champagne toast and tribute to Carrie Fisher, and special performances in her honor by Unicorn Fukr AKA Erik Browne, Tristan Dufrene and Dohm Collective, along with memorials by the Leijorettes and Vincent Vile AKA Alexander T. Cardosi.
Its free and open to the public, just like the parade. Please join us in celebrating the life and legacy of one of our greatest heros.
