We stayed recently and found it to be great. We paid a reasonable rate (rather than the overpriced Quarter), its walking distance (3 minutes max). It's actually a bonus being away from the Quarter, nice and quiet without every yobbo American college kid getting drunk and abusive like there's no tomorrow. Good size rooms, breakfast average but passable. Worth a try guys.

I didn't actually stay here, but a good friend did. The Lobby is really nice, with great architectural features. The pool is really cute, but small. The furniture in the rooms is very motel, but the rooms have nice high ceilings with wood beams. The breakfast is very nice, also. I plan on giving it a try the next time I'm in town.
So, what do you say?
