***** Best burgers in town
Posted: October 13, 2009 - Visited: October 2009
This place has to have the best burgers ever to come out of the Big Easy. They cook them right in front of you under an american made hubcap. You can't get any better than this.

***** Great late night dining
Posted: August 22, 2009 - Visited: August 2009
We came here twice, both times after leaving the bars. I can't vouch for how the food would be when sober, but I imagine it's great. I had a waffle the first time and bacon & eggs the second. My friend had pork chops the first time and loved it so much he insisted we come back the next night so he could get it again. Good thing we didn't discover til later that they also have a liquor license, as we had already imbibed too much.

The Clover Grill is a great place to eat and the waiters are crazier than hell...Breakfast, lunch or a late night burger really hits the spot...My partner and I have even taken my mom to eat there and she 'LOVED' the place...A must after partying on Bourbon Street...

***** Last Meal on the eve of Gustav
Posted: September 17, 2008 - Visited: August 2008
Early Saturday evening (Aug 30, 2008) we were wandering around the French Qtr. trying to find a place to eat (by this time a lot of the restaurants closed because of the soon to hit Gustav). We thought, well Clover Grill has to be open. We waited about 15 min. Well, let me tell you, once I smelled the bacon, I had to have breakfast. For dinner, breakfast was terrific. I'm thankful to Clover Grill for being open and how wonderful they were to those who stayed, up until the last day before Hurricane Gustav arrived. Greasy - well OK! But it was yummy.

***** Grill with Attitude
First to Review - June 02, 2007 - Visited: April 2007
Great Greasy Breakfasts and Lunches. Sit at the counter so you can watch the cook and the hubcaps. Don't be in a hurry. Expect attitude, but don't give it.
