Best Bar in Nola
Two friends and I absolutely loved the drag show! Every employee, performer and owner Paul were incredible. We all decided if we lived in Nola we would be at John Paul's every night. What a delightful find!!
Treated like royalty
this place has kind of an alternative vibe, with a traditional setting. Very friendly staff and the lady bartender has a smile that is genuine and absolutely beautiful. The owners John and Paul are lovely to get to talk to. BTW they don't even tell you that they are the owners. I spent an hour having great conversation and cocktails with Paul before one of the performers came up to him with an issue he needed to fix. Not pretentious at all.
SISTER'S BACHELORETTE PARTY!!
Went to New Orleans for my sisters bachelorette party. And we were staying down the road at the Olde Town Inn. The whole weekend we practically lived at this bar! We had gone all over New Orleans, Bourbon St., the French Quarter, all over. But out of all the places we went, we loved JohnPauls the most! John, Paul & Manny were soo friendly and we had sooo much fun!! Keep up the good work fellas!! WE MISS YOU!!

Great place with a wide age range of patrons of both gay and straight people. Friendly and relaxed atmosphere and great bartenders. Owners take pride in there bar and mingle through th crowd. Can't wait to go back. Love the place. :)
