(2 Ratings)
A spiced hidden gem of the city.
This charming hidden facility offers a slightly themed tour of the distillery. It's a 10 minute drive from the French Quarter, but if planned right, you can catch their shuttle. The entertaining tour guide coupled with the few shots you’ll take, or the delicious rum cake, you will find yourself happy you took the tour of this hidden treasure.

Awesome tour!

First, stay in the French Quarter and get the friendly tour guide Jeff to pick you up in the distillery's shuttle. Almost immediately, you get that everyone involved in this process is very excited, proud and knowledgeable about what they do. If you have any interest in the process of liquor making, this is a must. The intro cocktail is refreshing and delicious as are the liquor tastings. The distillery itself has a artful old school feel to it. The history of rum making and the distiller himself are really brought to life. This was an excellent experience!
