very thin, and we hope you’ll join us
in this new Alliance, as it begins!
There are no fees and the festival is FREE!
The festival is always water themed.
Space mermaids perhaps? Any one from Planet Caladan?
It starts at Royal & Franklin in the Bywater, Loops Frenchmen, makes a couple wiggles back through the Marigny and up St. Claude to the New Orleans Healing Center. *map published closer to the date
