I really liked this place. Its lower key during the early evening but really picks up at night.
Having fun during Mardi Gras
I visited the Bourbon Pub and Parade during Mardi Gras week. The bartenders are very friendly, and the signature drink is very delicious. The Cherry Bomb (the signature drink) costs 9 dollars, and it comes with its own glass. You cannot order the drink from the main bar. It is being sold on the side bar. Make sure to try it when you visit the bar. The cover charge at night is 10 dollars. The go go boys are hot. The bar is also one of the best places to throw beads at the crowds. The other bars and clubs charges you 50 dollars per person for renting the balcony while you only pay the cover charge at this bar.
I wish this was my local pub
This is easily my favorite gay bar anywhere in the world. On my first visit I was alone and the bartenders made me feel right at home. After a few visits I got to know them and the dancers; they are a great group of guys. I make a trip to NOLA every chance I get and this is the first stop I make. The staff is friendly, its easy to meet a variety of guys, the drinks are strong and the videos are fun. I can't wait to go back!

The Bourdon Pub and Parade in New Orleans is the best United States' gay bar in this country.And also, it's the most good dancing bar in the USA,too! I'll really enjoyed it when I was in New Orleans an couple years ago,and I'm planning to go there when I'll moved back to New Orleans in December,and have real fun in the best gay dance bar in the nation!
