If any Roommate(s) cancel Reservation or alters the registered room occupancy; the remaining occupant(s) will be required to pay the revised rate at the rate of the new occupancy. All parties occupying in the same room must book under the same package rate (i.e., if the first roommate selects the Deluxe booking, all parties MUST select Deluxe). We CANNOT accommodate for split package rates for the same room if one party wants hotel only and the remaining party wants the deluxe package. A minimum parking fee of $41.00 per room, per day, per vehicle, will be charged and collected by the hotel at check-in or check-out. This fee is subject to change without prior notice. General HOTEL Policies: Check-in Policy - the Royal Sonesta Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization for incidentals. Please be advised that this will be done upon check-in for incidentals; AND will place a hold on your funds. Pet Policy - Pets are Allowed General Information - Room taxes are included in vacation price. Minimum night stay restrictions may apply. Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel. It is best to pay your Initial Deposit as soon as possible to guarantee that you are locked in at the current rates. Name Change requests received after the final deposit deadline will incur a $75 Administrative NAME CHANGE FEE (NO EXCEPTIONS). If initiating a booking after the final deposit deadline, the total cost DUE must be paid in full at the time of registration. There will not be an option for a payment plan for this new booking. A $100 late fee will be imposed for all payments received after the final payment deadline. Additionally, there will be a $45 fee will be imposed for ALL RETURNED CREDIT/DEBIT Card Payments for Non-Sufficient Funds. BigNCute Travel reserves the right to use all client images or likeness in connection with still photography and/or recorded video. Attendance at any Big n Cute Travel events gives us expressed consent to be photographed for use in all print and electronic publicity on the internet and all social media sites.
